'This rental was clean and fairly spacious for the price. We appreciated having a low-key place to sleep overnight and have easy breakfast, etc. since we were participating in a nearby conference. The main challenge we had was with the photos and actual space not really lining up well. The dishwasher was broken and throughout the home we could spot a number of quick repairs such as odd lightbulbs in fixtures, extra holes in walls, quick patch and paint jobs, and very dated carpet. 'House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy!'

'We had a great stay, perfect for our family of six. The host did a wonderful job anticipating our needs. All the necessities were taken care of, I especially appreciated the coffee set up in the kitchen. The golf cart made it touring the adorable town a lot of fun. The fire pit was a nice touch in the back. There was even charcoal available for the grill. The decor and linens were cute and clean. Very tasteful property. We would definitely stay again.'

'This property is just as pictured. We did have some glitches once we arrived and checked in. We contacted the owner while there and he was very helpful. He's also working on a few other things that we encountered. I have no doubt that he'll have them corrected. This is a really neat property! It's spacious and comfortable.
