'Not sure about all the rooms, but the room I was in I had to fix the toilet handle and the shower head. With all the open drinking I saw this wasn't surprising'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

Also, my daughter was walking through the lobby Several times talking to the staff about the keys and she went out to the car and she fell asleep.The staff said they never saw her.This was 3am in the morning. 'I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room.
