'The hallway seemed to have a stuffy or pet smell. Breakfast was good, only they didn't have cereal with no sugar, enjoyed the yogurt. Staff was really nice and helpful. 😊'

'This hotel was definitely giving motel vibes. The experience was nothing like what was advertised. The elevator wasn’t working, there were roaches, and we couldn’t even find our room because everything was confusing and poorly marked. On top of that, the pool didn’t work either. I was told something completely different before booking, so this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.'

'Upon arrival, we was given a room that had open wires in the bathroom that was unsafe and could cause a person to be electrocuted. They sent us to another room room 166 that bathroom light blink like a strobe light and we told them that could they send maintenance so that we didn’t have to move our stuff again for a second time we went to dinner came back. The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance...

'Jay was very helpful. When I mentioned it was my mother’s birthday, we were offered free parking and a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was clean, safe and quiet.'

'We asked for our rooms to be made up daily and that turned out to be an ongoing problem. We had to go to the front desk for wash cloths and towels each evening of our stay. We had the unfortunate experience of having cockroaches in our room and subsequently in our luggage. There was was problems with hot water two out of three mornings with absolutely no hot water on the last day. They were remodeling so there was a little debris and messiness associated with that. We were offered a breakfast...

'Conveniently located to the interstate. The property and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and the room was well stocked with everything one should need such as iron and board, microwave, hair dryer, and soaps, shampoo,and conditioner. Hot breakfast was also very enjoyable. Overall 5 stars. I personally will be coming back to the area in a couple months and plan to stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!'
