The bright, open-plan living/dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom, is ideal for a city getaway, a romantic weekend, or a business trip. The studio is on the first floor of a small building with a cafe-bar on the first floor.

The property is located in an upscale area of Athens, where all the artistic events, gourmet dining, and entertainment take place—at Agion Theodoron Square, just 100 meters from our accommodation, and at Agia Irini Square, which is a 500-meter walk away. We’re just a few steps from Syntagma Square, surrounded by a vibrant nightlife, bustling shops, art galleries, and restaurants, and close to timeless landmarks such as the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora. Additionally, we share the building with the Tourist Police. The nearest metro station, “Panepistimio,” is 250 meters away. Popular nearby attractions include Ermou Street, 800 meters away, Syntagma Metro Station, 700 meters away, and Syntagma Square, also a 700-meter walk. The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, located 31 km from the property.
