'The house was as described and is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and even small amenities that was provided though not used. Would definitely book again. The only thing we found a little difficult was getting the paddle boat and kayaks in and out of the water. Although we were able to do it fairly easy. Great stay and wonderful place!! 5 stars!!'

'There is plenty of room to be with friends or family. The deck is enormous and had a great view of the river and firepit area. Very well furnished and clean. Very relaxing and quiet with no traffic. Great communication with the property manager and easy check-in and out. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again if we are in the area!'

'We loved our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out & have our own space. We enjoyed the dock & took out some kayaks & paddled around. Unfortunately it rained at night so we were unable to have a fire pit. The place was spotless & the kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of pots, pans , plates , etc. We hosted a dinner at night & we loved the indoor - outdoor kitchen / dining room combo right out to the deck. Out only " warning " is the staircase is a spiral so not...

'Our stay was very peaceful. The home is very convenient to multiple boat and water access ramps. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the soaking tub. Only downside was most of the nearby restaurants close at 3pm during the week so we had a little drive to get food.'

'Son was graduating from Bryan College in Dayton. Rooms were booked in Dayton. Was a 30 minute drive. Comfortable room and worth the drive. Would have given all 5’s accept that they had trouble keeping up with all the people getting breakfast, so that could have been a little better, otherwise a great stay.'
