'We really enjoyed our stay! It had almost every thing we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and living area had plenty of room. You will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.'

'Location and size was great. Also had a fantastic patio and deck. There are a few things to note. Make sure to read about parking ahead of arrival. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the iron did not work properly. There was a weird smell when we walked in as well.'

'Self check in is very simple, there are about 7 lockers available for luggage storage before check-in if needed (they are on a first come basis) our room was exactly what we needed, very cozy and clean! The property is well maintained. Everything was just about perfect until check out, we had messaged the hotel and let them know we planned to use one of the lockers as check-out is 10 and our flight wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted to ensure we would be able to access the lobby still, we were told...

'Overall, the experience was positive. Close to downtown and other businesses I wanted to attend. Slight hiccup in regard to entry code but that was quickly resolved. The representative who I communicated with (Belle) both by phone and text was great! On-site parking without charge was an excellent benefit.'

'Wonderful visit! Tammy was very responsive & a gracious host!'

'We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and the accommodations were great.'

'Clean, comfortable home in north Gatlinburg. We chose this place to get up in the mountains away from downtown and used it as a base for excursions into the Smokey Mountains National Park. We stayed 4 nights and everything was as advertised. Plus, we saw more black bear around the property than we did in the national park.'

'What a wonderful place to stay clean well-maintained I will be back. We absolutely love it here. Thank you for having us.'

'Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good.'

'This was the perfect spot for our trip! Great location, kind of hidden away but also a good driving distance to all the thing’s Gatlinburg has to offer. We will definitely be back.'

'Excellent host, very beautiful cabin. We had everything that we need to have a wonderful vacation!!!'

'It was perfect for us! It was a last minute trip for my daughter's birthday but the reservation and check-in was a breeze and no stress! The cabin was immaculate and exactly as described! The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it quite a bit both nights! Thanks so much!'

'Wonderful cabin. Decorated beautifully '

'Awesome place, staff even called me early and said room was done early so we could check in early if we wanted. We even saw a bear in the woods. Location is close to everything'

'My husband and I stayed here for 10 days, we loved it! It was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. In a quiet area only about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The host was excellent, replied quickly to our questions and requests for additional supplies needed since it was a longer stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.'

'We loved this place! Check in was super easy, along with fast replies and communication with the host. We also used the hot tub every night. The only thing that needs improvement is more supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, and wash cloths/towels. Other than that everything else was great and I would definitely stay there again.'
