I paid $121 to park on the right side of the building for 3 days but on day 2 the parking lot was full, so I went to additional parking in the same lot but the worker said they were 2 different parking lots and I would have to move my care once a spot became available or pay again. 'Good condo. Convenient location. Air conditioning is building controlled for the bedrooms. We couldn't cool the bedrooms,except by opening the windows, and there are two other cooling units which are fixed in place (one is quite noisy). They have to be run continuously and they slowly bring the temperature down over many hours. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen and dining stuff.'

'It was a business trip for me to join a conference in Georgia World Congress Center. It is a nice location in the Hotel District and about 20 minutes walk to the convention center and other attractions around the convention center. Atlanta downtown is not as safe as one would wish but it is not a problem with this unit, people staying in expensive hotels face the same when they step out of their hotel. Initially, I struggled to find a grocery store nearby but found a CVS a few minutes later....

'The property itself was very nice. Downtown. Parking was questionable. There’s a lot right behind the building but we were quickly told not to park there unless we wanted our car broken into. There’s a small parking garage not far past the lot. My biggest complaint is there is no central heating/cooling. The temperature is controlled by the building itself. 'This unit is very close to the large conference hotels; about a 4 minute walk to the Hilton. The building is older and in need of some repairs but the unit itself is in great shape with newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. All the furniture was new in good shape and Beds were very comfortable. Unit was clean All the appliances were in great working condition plenty of dishes spoons forks cooking knives and utensils etc. no real cooking ingredients if you want to cook in the unit though only...

'Communication with the host was great. The host was friendly and very informative. The condo was within walking distance of many local attractions, affordably priced with on site parking at an additional small daily fee. The condo was nicely decorated and there were games provided to play. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay there again. '

'Convenient to the AmericasMart building. Very clean unit. 24 hour security with entry only by keycard. Very quiet floor. Had a minor hiccup upon checkin and property management assisted right away, very helpful.'

'This is a great convenient spot to stay if you want to explore and enjoy great shopping/food. This penthouse had a beautiful view of Stone mountain to the left and Atlanta to the right and Lenox mall across the street. It was perfect for our get away girls night. It was clean and the hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.'

'The place is amazing and the view is even better. I thought the communication was great as well. There was an issue with the oven that never got resolved and ended up losing out on about $180 worth of money because the oven didn’t work. Other than that I thought the place was perfect.'

'Could not get in touch with the host had to wait all day and some hours after checkin before we could even enter the building due to lack of communication. Worst place I’ve ever stayed due to the communication. I there than the terrible communication, every else was beautiful and useful.'
