The house is a charming custom home with high ceilings, large windows and modern wood grain tile floors, with a large living room. There is a private front patio to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking basics.

The bathroom features a tub/shower combination with the shower head activated by pulling down the ring at the end of the tub spout.

The washer and dryer for this unit is located in the unfinished basement and is solely for this unit.

The guest has full access to the one bedroom home with electronic key access to the unit. There's dedicated parking for each unit in this duplex.

This unit is located close to the up and coming downtown Hapeville area with several new restaurants and shops it is a safe neighborhood. Walk to Arches Brewery, Family Dollar and nearby shops & restaurants!

Hapeville is a Main Street city just outside of Atlanta known for its vibrant arts culture, eclectic dining experiences, and burgeoning economic development opportunities. The historic downtown area features a sprawling park, newly renovated theatre, shops, and restaurants, as well as unique displays of artistic expression – including sculptures, murals, and the city’s signature butterflies – lending Hapeville its “A Home for the Arts” signature tagline. The walkable and endearing community is also home to ongoing concert series, art walks, and cycling races.

Conveniently located about seven miles from downtown Atlanta, Hapeville offers big city amenities with small-town charm, not to mention is centrally located between I-75 and I-85 immediately adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It’s the best of both worlds and big names know this to be true – Hapeville is home to the original Dwarf House Chick-fil-A, Delta Airlines, and Porsche Cars North America Headquarters & Experience Center.

NO SMOKING
No Smoking, Hookah or burning candles inside of our home ($250 fine). This includes pot. If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $250 FEE.

PETS
We just love furbabies but we ask that you please be respectful. Pick up after your dog outside and do not allow dogs on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

LONG TERM STAYS
Any guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55.

MAIL POLICY
No mail or packages may be delivered to the property.

NO PARTIES
No loud noises or loud music at anytime. No events, no party's, and no gatherings. Please be respectful of the other neighbors that are next door and please keep the noise level to a minimum during the hours of 10pm - 8am. $600 fine for any parties/gatherings or failure to obey quiet hours. No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.

PARTIES IN THE HOME will be a minimum $350 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.

BE RESPECTFUL
Please respect that checkout is by 11AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. There will be a $50 late check out fee for check outs later than 11:30 am.

The home is equipped with an outdoor surveillance camera at the front door entrance. There are no cameras inside the home.
The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors require express written consent from Host. Violation will result in termination of reservation with no refunds.
