Online process not properly described so we had to wait 2 hours to get the room code since “concierge” is pretty much never on property, male named “Jay” who said he worked there but was his day off even asked for our code and had the bathroom code for the 1st floor, apparently the whole time he is a local drug dealer, someone was in the “assigned” parking space our entire visit, same car that never moved so we had to park facing the street, the unit is cosmetically nice however the bathtub and kitchen water can’t really run at the same time for warm water, and when the temperature dropped to 28 degrees there was NO HEAT in the unit. Contacted Luluhomes and I was told that that they would try to reach concierge but never got a call back so my KIDS had to sleep in sweaters, Luluhomes tried to have us move units at 940 right before a drive back to Florida at 7am which was unacceptable to me considering our kids were already sleeping, sent a photo of the broken/open vent which has outside air coming in causing the issue and was asked to please put a towel over it and was even told that they were unable to take a loss at the expense of the company, apparently that is more important than the reputation of the company and a happy renter. Absolutely never staying here again and will gladly pay a chain hotel vs giving this poorly run company another chance. Still currently waiting on a response about a discount for all of our issues but no response since 7am which is when we left
