Guests will have access all entire units on the property. The main unit is a 4/3, the basement apartment is a 2/2. Guest will have access to the back porch.

***By booking this home, you agree to all house rules, policies, and any charges for damages or violation of house guidelines or rules***

- No parties and loud noises are allowed. (If there is suspicion or report of a Party, you will be asked to leave immediately.)
- No smoking inside the home of any kind. (You will be charged $499 for the ozone cleaning service.)
- No littering in any yard. (If reported or got caught, you will be charged $99)

***Accurate guest count is required by our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 8 people staying overnight and 4 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 12 people.
