Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Embassy is always our go-to for accommodations, and this was our first time visiting this particular location. Check-in was easy, and we arrived during the managerโs reception. We have noticed over time that the reception seems to have been scaled down compared to previous stays, and when we arrived around 5:30 there werenโt many plates available.
The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the receptionist was standard. Our room appeared clean overall, but we did notice a few maintenance issues: a broken handle on one of the shower doors, the shampoo container had fallen off the wall, and the refrigerator was so cold that it froze our items overnight. Thankfully, that wasnโt a major inconvenience since it was only a one-night stay.
At breakfast the next morning, there were also no plates available when we arrived. On a positive note, the older lady from Orlando, Florida working the omelette station was very friendly and provided great service.
Overall, it wasnโt a bad experience. We may stay again, especially for a short stay, but a few updates and improvements could make the visit even better.
