We reserved 3 rooms early in the day, but one with double beds was not available when we got there, so we had to cancel all 3 rooms and go somewhere else. The desk lady was accommodating and assured us that each of the 3 rooms would be cancelled.

Property states it is non-smoking, room smelled of stale smoke, woke up in the middle of the night to the stench of pot smoke and the bathroom was smoky from cigarette smoke. Turned on the fan and it cleared a bit. Just handed in key and left. Would not recommend, would not stay here ever again!

There were roaches, no free breakfast, housekeeping never came, I was charged $40 for a late check out fee after being told I would not be charged for that, and I still haven’t received my security deposit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Delores (the maid) was amazing. The way she can remember names and care for her customers is impressive. She even knew my dad when he showed up on occassion saying, "He must be your father because "you look alike". They could, however, use a bell at the front desk.

Clean linens, bug free, and nice staff.
The room has a small kitchen which is great if you need one, but we did not. The carpet in the room still had animal hair- not sure it was ever vacuumed. That being said, the sheets and towels were clean, and there were no bugs. The entryway smelled like weed, but the 3rd floor hallway and rooms were fine. Their to-go breakfast was adequate. The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel overall is old and rundown-looking, but not sketchy. It was a good hotel for the budget at the time.

This is my go to when I need to visit the Kennesaw area. Staff is always pleasant as well as the rooms clean. This visit there was a terrible sound while I was trying to sleep. Couldn’t figure out what it was. Low and behold it was the refrigerator/ freezer. Room 229. It was reported to the front desk staff this morning.

The problem with smokers and marijuana use continues. The trash room is unkempt and the hallways are not routinely vacuumed. The desk staff remains very friendly, but no security or managers are available to step up when there are problems at the property. The attached photos are from multiple days in one week.

Conditions are deteriorating at this location.
The staff is great! Most negative things are beyond their control. The WiFi is constantly out or unstable, the cable is unreliable at best, the TV guide never works, and the cleanliness has decreased over the past few weeks. Currently, there is someone in a nearby room smoking marijuana and the smell is very loud. This may not be the best spot for a business person concerned about wifi access and negative drug screens.

This is my go to spot because of its proximity to KSU's football stadium. As usual the ladies at the check in desk were great!! My room this time wasn't. There was dried paint in the sink, dried paint on the carpet and even with the AC on, the room had this humid feel about it. It was Homecoming so no ther rooms were available. We'll see what happens on my next stay. Hopefully it will be better. If not, I'll have to find a new go to spot.

The first room we were assigned was filthy and stank. Garbage can full of old food. French fries in the sink and molds in the toilet and old dog food left on the floor…we went to get a new room but didn’t need the hassle and transferring everything after a 14 hour drive. Breakfast was stale muffins and lukewarm coffee.

This was a last minute reservation for one night. Booking was simple, and every stage was straightforward. Expectations weren't too high since it was extended stay, but still overall better than anticipated. Downside: gentleman smoking just outside the main entryway, and the very obvious odor of another smokable substance abounded. Undetectable on our floor. The room was spacious, clean, and neat. Very minor cosmetic things, but not deal breakers. For the price and type, a solid stay.

The hotel smells like they mopped with dirty mop water. Did not have any pots or pans or forks.. what’s the point of getting a room with a kitchen if there’s no utensils to cook with. You have to go downstairs to “ask” for cooking utensil but when I ask they were all out which didn’t make since to me because I paid for this. No hot water… it was Luke warm for the first 3 minutes of the shower then absolutely cold after that.Absolutely No hand soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. When we walked in our room the was a nasty piece of floss sitting right in the middle of the floor and it definitely looked like it had been used with chucks of whatever attached to it. Although this hotel claims to do a “10 point inspection “ before you check in your room ( that’s a lie). No dish soap to wash the dishes with… if they had dishes available because all I was able to get was 2 plates and two spoons from the front desk. People running around and jumping above me since 6 am so I got absolutely no sleep whatsoever!!Also I checked the website before booking and in bold letters it said they do not hold a deposit on your card but when I get to the front desk to check in it has a little sign saying starting June 2023 there a $100 deposit hold on your card and it take 5 BUSINESS DAYS to get your money back!! Website definitely needs to be UPDATED! Definitely never staying here again I do not recommend this hotel to anyone NOT even my worst enemy. Definitely a waste of my time and money!

So much to say.and not enough time or space to write it all. I've travel to many places and this is by far the worst experience! Rude front desk by an employee named Joyous(the irony), toilets not flushing in 2 different rooms. Not a good experience!

The room was extremely damp. Towels were damp, floor was damp and sticky, bed sheets were damp. It was disgusting, I barely slept with how damp the sheets were.
