the hotel is clean, and located near the Baseball stadium where you have quite some restaurants, bars and shops. There is a bit too noise from the highway at night if you are on the wrong side of the backside of the building

Great location. Easily walkable to the stadium, dining, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly. One minor complaint, the room was a little noisy sometimes at night due to facing the interstate. If I had been on the other side of the hall, this probably wouldn't have been an issue. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary and I have to say this hotel was one of the best places we’ve stayed. From the check in and how friendly and welcoming the staff was to the breakfast being clean and fresh the beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautiful! I recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere that has shops and dining within walking distance and is a very convenient location. 10 stars!

There were some sketchy people in their vehicles when I arrived (11pm)! As I had to get things from my vehicle the cars remained on and people (plural) were just sitting there. Not just people but sketchy! Other than this, our stay was great! Front desk clerk(s) (changed while I was checking in) were very friendly and patient, as I booked within that hour!

Great check-in experience. Princey was super helpful and attentive. The room was good, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noise outside throughout the night, but that’s just the location.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness and staff sevices during my stay. The breakfast was ok just need options for those who don't eat pork. My only complaint is the bed was awful. The mattress needs to be upgraded.

Great Hotel!
We stayed at Hampton Inn at The Battery area for a compentitive volleyball tournament for our daughters. This place is perfect. It is walking distance to everything in The Battery and it is also walkable over the pedestian crossing bridge to the Cobb Center. Clean, great breakfast, friendly service! I will stay here again.

Disappointing Experience.
I selected this hotel because of its location and the reputation of Hampton Inn. Checkin was a breeze. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I was surprised to learn that parking is $40 and that you can only pay in cash. My overall concern was with the check out process. I booked through hotels.com. Both rooms were paid in full prior to our stay. My daughter was told that the room had not been paid for and was kept at the desk until she contacted me. Antoine, the front desk attendant held her up for 30 minutes until he could figure out that there was no payment due. Very confusing and disorganized. No apology, nothing. Just told her that she was free to go. Lastly, the lock on the door did not work.

Our room was on the Rt. 285 side of the building, and the road noise was pretty bad. The staff is GREAT. The room was clean and comfortable. After we figured out the terrific dining at the Galleria, that was a treat. I wish that the parking spots were a bit wider.
