When I first arrived, staff were welcoming and respectful. After a change in ownership or after I asked a question regarding taxes on my room, the overall treatment from staff changed noticeably.
Following that, I received a 24-hour cleaning notice did not list a date or specific incident, which made it unclear what it was referencing. I was also told that a staff member reported my children were alone in the room when they were not, and experienced issues with housekeeping. Linens that had been left in my room were later requested back with an explanation that did not align with prior service.
Additionally, after nearly two months with no noise complaints, there was a single claim of banging on the floor, and on one occasion a staff member banged on the ceiling around 9:00 p.m.
For an extended-stay property, consistency, clear communication, and respectful treatment are essential. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite.
