'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

Rooms look nothing like the picture, paint pilling from the tub and walls, hallways have a strange odor, different floors look like a motel and a completely different hotel. There were 4 elevators and only 1 worked, it went to every floor and took anywhere from 10-25 minutes to even get it to come. 'I really wanted to enjoy my stay here. The location of the hotel is good and the outside aesthetics were nice. However my room accommodations were awful! The room was located near the highway and widows were not sound proof. Therefore I heard the noise from the highway ALL night. In addition to this, the hvac system was directly across from the bed, so you heard the LOUD sound when the system turned on and off. Between those two things I got little sleep and was exhausted.
