The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.

We conduct regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south, know that certain bugs are common in Georgia, like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one, but if you do, understand it's not an infestation. As a preventive measure, please refrain from holding the front door open for extended periods to reduce the risk of insects.

Lawn service is scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, sometimes early in the morning. If this timing conflicts with your stay, please inform us at least 5 days before your arrival so we can adjust the schedule.

Blinds should be on windows. Host did provide temporary paper blinds when requested.Towel holders and trash cans should be placed in all bathrooms.Small ants were seen in the upstairs hall bathroom and reported.Fan in upstairs bedroom next to master bedroom does not work and it was reported.
