Privésuite in O4W.

Appartement met één slaapkamer met veel natuurlijk licht, 3 meter hoge plafonds, eigen ingang, serre, woonkamer, kleine keuken, grote badkamer, inloopkast en wasmachine / droger. De veranda kijkt uit op de voortuin met uitzicht op de skyline van de binnenstad. Keuken is open voor woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar serre. Slaapkamer is groot met queen size bed en wasserette in walk-in-closet. Er is afgesloten parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat. Dit appartement bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping van een 100 jaar oud huis in de meest diverse buurt in Atlanta - Historic Old Fourth Ward.
Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid op straat als u 20 ft van oversteekplaatsen en 15 ft van brandkranen parkeert. We hebben een plekje op onze oprit achter het huis waar een afstandsbediening op de salontafel staat.
Als u achterin parkeert, parkeer dan rechts van de rode openslaande deuren voor de oranje stoeprand.
Geef eventuele problemen zo snel mogelijk aan zodat we ze kunnen oplossen.

Gardenesque Oasis in O4W

Booked this listing for a work trip, and decided to extend my stay to enjoy the city. The owners are great hosts, providing updates on any outside work to make sure you weren't startled. Also give great local eat and see recommendations, really creating a home away from home with this listening. There was secure parking for vehicle owners, and the quiet was great after conference days.

Lovely long weekend in this century old home away from home

We spent the long Memorial Day weekend in this really quaint VRBO carved out of a corner of the hosts beautiful century old home in Atlanta’s O4W. The hosts thought of everything. We were super comfortable and felt right at home. There are several restaurants within walking distance (Amano’s Italian and Umai Sushi) that we enjoyed each evening of our stay. Patrick and Galal are very gracious hosts and we’ll definitely be back next Memorial Day weekend!

Exactly what we wanted

Was in town for a conference and needed a place near the Georgia Congress and rooming enough to hang out that wasn’t a stale hotel room. Also needed to be clean, secure, and affordable. All were met. Plus, place had solid furniture with nice interior which made it a fun stay for us.

I came later than I anticipated, so it was dark and I got a little turned around. They helped me get in and even offered to help with my things. I somehow locked myself out, they talked me through the solution even though it was after 11. I got ready to leave, they closed the gate so I didn’t have to walk around. Accommodating is an understatement. The space was perfect, exactly as advertised, but better in person. It was nice having a designated parking spot. Caught a quick Lyft to and from my location and never had to worry about traffic. For those who complained about the location, you prob just need to get out a lil more, there’s nothing wrong with this area. I’m already looking for an excuse to return!
