Only guests listed on the reservation may be on-site. We do not allow parties, events, smoking indoors, pets, or visitors beyond the registered guest count. Exterior Ring cameras monitor the driveway and rear deck for property security.

Before you book: To help protect our home, a refundable $1,000 security-deposit authorization is required through our secure property-management system, Hospitable, two days before check-in. This is typically a temporary hold—not an immediate charge—and is automatically released 48 hours after checkout when there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unregistered guests, smoking, or other house-rule violation.
