Shore rental disappointment
Although square footage was listed, this tiny space is cut up in a way making walking from one room to another difficult. Property manager gave the impression that the unit was the 2nd floor of the house, but it is only 1/2 of the 2nd floor. Uncomfortable for 2 people. Bad weather the entire week (not the manager's fault of course!) meant being stuck in this small space

It was a very bad weather week that you rented at the end of September, with rain everyday. I understand your frustration but my condo description clearly states the size of the condo and 19 photos of the inside and outside of the property. I have been renting the condos for over 15 years to couples and to families with 2 adults and 2 kids with several 5 Star reviews. Many of my guests return yearly. I wish the weather would have been better and that you could have gone to a beach for at least a few days. I believe that would have made a difference in your rental experience.

Nice beach weekend
Very nice property available last minute for part of Labor Day weekend. One block from beach with easy access. Street parking due to holiday weekend was limited. Full kitchen, which we used for breakfast. Loved the outside shower and free beach chairs. Would stay again.

Last minute Ocean City getaway.
We decided to try and find a rental property last minute to spend some time in Ocean City since we had other family members staying for the week. I could not have been more pleased with this rental property. It was a small apartment/condo that was perfect for my wife & I. The location is one block from the beach and boardwalk. We were able to walk to everything. I never moved my car once we arrived. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property for a couple or small family with 1 or 2 children. The property owner responded promptly to all of our questions. If we choose to vacation in Ocean City again, we will most likely make this our first inquiry.

It would have been nice to have a few basic TV instructions. Never having used dish tv before we had some issues but other than that the place was good. Close to everything. Kind of like a tiny house!

We recently upgraded the Dish TV equipment in all of the condos and Dish did not have TV instructions at the time of installation. They have now provided a step by step guide of TV instructions and the instructions are now in each condo by each TV.

Great location
Condo small but great for 2, with all the basic needs provided. Super fun location: 1 short block from beach and boardwalk. Able to bike ride or walk everywhere. Parking very hard to find, we never used our car all week. Hope to return!

Wonderful Beach Getaway!
The condo was small but very comfortable and being only one block to beach was great. Loved the covered porch and bed and bedding was pristine and very comfortable. Shower was smaller than we are used to but adequate and good water pressure. Enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back! Thanks Aimee.

The property was nice. But the bathroom door did not shut due to being crooked. It said mattress was new. However The mattress sank in the middle and the bed squeaked badly. Other than those things it was a nice property.

The bathroom door hinge has been repaired and the mattress was replaced. This was a newer mattress but we replaced it. Thank you for letting us know. It was a busy summer season and appreciate you letting us know about items we overlooked.

Great location
Property was in excellent walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Aimme responded quickly to any questions and made the booking process easy. The balcony had a nice sitting area. The backyard storage space for bikes,beach cart,etc..was great! The pillows and bedroom mattress were very comfortable. We couldn’t use the sofa bed due to discomfort:( Fridge handles, door moldings and shower panels could use more cleaning. Overall, the value and location provided were A++++!

All very nice. Well equipped. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Parking on the weekends a hassle. The weekdays were much easier to find a spot. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nice cozy rental
This was a great place to stay for a long weekend at ocnj. It was clean and bed was comfy! The only slight downfall was the stairs going up to the room. They were pretty steep and narrow and it was a little hard to open the screen door at the top while holding a 1 year old. It would not prevent me from staying again though but I would try for one of the ground level condos next time! Highly recommend!!

Very small and needs some updated appliances
Not room for more then two people. Kitchen over stocked with a lot of things that are not needed and that space could be better used for things that people might want to bring and store in cabinets. Would not stay there again.

House was great!
The house was perfect and big enough for the 4 of us. It was big enough for all of us to roam around and the outside shower was great to get all of the sand off from the beach. With it only being a block away from the boardwalk, we were able to walk from the house. It was a few blocks away from all of the stores and amusement but we didn't mind walking. I would def stay again!!!

I had a wonderful vacation, the house is on the older side with 4 rentals, I had one on the second floor, great porch and so close to the beach, they say 50 yards, I do believe there right, quite part of town, everything you might need is there, a few things I forgot like sandwich bags, they had them there, very clean and welcoming, I hope to go back soon💕💕💕🏖🏖🏖

A sensual getaway with my wife.
The unit Was very cute and private. Very short walk to the beach. We loved all of the local seafood and even went boating. We came here on a whim from Wisconsin on our first plane vacation as a married couple. We loved it! The city and the unit were just so gorgeous it made our stay feel like paradise. Fully stocked kitchen was very nice! A small taste of heaven right in ocean city. See you next year!!!

Accommodation is exactly as described. Great location. Nice perks. Kuerig + coffee. Beach chairs + boogie boards. Only 2 drawbacks. Parking is horrible. 1.Only street parking. I had to walk further to my car than anything else. 2.Hot water kept going cold while showering. However the place was great so these issues would not keep me from staying there again.

Peaceful retreat!
I have been to OC many times..never in the off season during not so gr8 weather..but this is probably one of the best times I've had on a vacation! I had 3 days of being able to get out and walk the boardwalk..shop..eat at some amazing places..loved the location of house to the beach! Will be hittin you up next year around this time miss Aimee!!

Great location close to the boards and beach! The apt has evthing incl K coffeemaker, 2 tvs w lots of channels, good shower, plenty of towels. But during winter cold snap, the pipes froze so we had a morning w no hot water - quickly fixed by attentive owner. Only complaints are the mattress on sofa bed is horrible and there are no spices other than salt and pepper. Also i wonder how easy it wd be to park in summer as pkg is on the street. Other than that, everything is fine.

We had an enjoyable stay here while in Ocean City. Accommodations are as described on VRBO. One bedroom, bath, kitchen with eating area at a counter and separate small table, living room sofa bed, recliner big screen wall mounted TV. All necessities in kitchen were supplied with starter things such as paper towels, dish soap, some cleaning things. Perfect for two people although can sleep 4. Located between 2nd & 3rd Streets it is very close for short walk to boardwalk, beach, restaurant for breakfast, donuts. Best to just park your car and spending time walking the area or bike riding. This time of year bike's ok on boardwalk whenever. Definitely consider booking here again in future should we be in area for 2-4 days. We stayed the last days of September, weather was windy this year.

Perfectly Lovely!
I was looking for a place to rent for a long weekend, close to the beach and was rewarded with this gem. The accommodations, a one-bedroom, one-bath condo were exactly right for my husband and me. The condo was spotlessly clean and the owner very kindly provided sheets and towels. A very nice extra! The well-equipped kitchen is a galley style with a Keurig, coffee pods were also supplied. The location is literally a block from the beach, and although there is only street parking, we had no problem finding a spot as we came and went. I would definitely rent this condo again. Aimee was a delight to work with and she kindly mailed back my slippers that I had left behind.

Amazing stay and wonderful owners.
We were a block from the beach and very close to the kidddie rides. We enjoyed our stay so much and can't wait to return. I left behind a very expensive pair of my sons shorts and they actually mailed them back to me. If I lost them I would have been devastated. It was spotless and so comfortable.
