'It was a horrendous experience trying to reach the property manager. 2 rooms were booked in my name although I only booked one and after days of trying to reach the property manager, I finally got through the day before arrival. Unfortunately, the 2nd room that was booked in my name was only cancelled the day before arrival, although it was previously cancelled on January 25th.'

'I had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Sandy Hook. Communication with Jeff, the owner, was seamless and prompt. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to Sandy Hook's attractions (and of course Bahrs). The terraces in the front and back of the house were highlights, providing perfect spots for morning coffee and lunch. Highly recommend!'

'The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. 'Spent a few days here with the family in May 2024. Great walking distance from the boardwalk for the kids to use their scooters. Street parking and driveway parking was a plus. Owners were super friendly and were quick to respond to questions about the house. Kids asked if we could stay there again!'

'This cozy little apartment was perfect for our music fest weekend. My husband and I stayed three nights and we had friends stay over on Sunday with us after the festival. Christina's place had everything we needed. Great location. Short drive to the beach and on festival day, we scootered over to the festival entrance! So fun! We would definitely stay again.'

The stairs were narrow and treacherous and probably not up to code. Hallway was narrow and floor was uneven. Bathroom was adequate and simple.
