'Enjoyed my stay at the resort, staff was excellent, needs a little maintenance, and our toilet didn't flush.'

A few "negative" points: a) couldn't reach, on the phone, the front desk on three separate occasions to request more drinking glasses be brought up. b) only 2 drinking glasses in room; c) after my wife ordered room service and "closed" the invoice thru the restaurant's app (including taxes and tip), the waiter who delivered the food showed me a "paper" bill with "tips suggested " on it. By then, my wife was unavailable so I paid the bill with my credit card...

'Checked in with ease, room very clean and well appointed, restaurant food & service excellent, only issue is the elevator access using a swipe card is only on one side with NO SIGNAGE on either side. System has to be learned from those already versed!!'

'We were upgraded to a suite upon our arrival! It had a large tv, leather theater electric recliner lounge chairs, a massive jacuzzi tub and a 2 person indoor sauna. The staff were very generous and served an excellent breakfast with interesting conversation. We will definitely stay here again!'
