'Heel zakelijk hotel, totaal geen sfeer, erg onvriendelijk personeel, allemaal. Wel schoon. Ontbijt matig, maar wel goedkoop. '

'Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. '

'Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes early, so we couldn’t utilize it. Pool/gym was also closed for renovations. Bathroom was clean but missing attention to detail and/or requiring maintenance. Faucet handles backwards, shower faucet needs replaced, grout needs work. '

'Battery in my room door needed replaced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. When I couldn't find anyone at front desk I quickly learned to look just outside for smokers. Heavy rains needed cleaned up in public areas. Routine maintenance must be overlooked. '

'The water in the shower/bathtub drained very slowly. Although the room had been cleaned, the soap in the shower area was missing. There was no conditioner, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. Since there was only one person at the reception, I had to wait a very long time whenever someone else was ahead of me or staff is on the phon. Even when calling the reception from my room, it was difficult to get through because there was only one staff member on duty.'

'It was a true joy to stay at this property. Everyone on the staff was very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Very convenient having one of the best restaurants and bars on location. Bar tender Leonard was fun to speak with and great at recommending new things to try…I truly enjoyed my evenings speaking with him and enjoying the drinks he made, THANK YOU!! 'I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. '

'This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room.
