'Very comfortable hotel ! Position is amazing close to supermarkets and restaurants! Sharlene at reception goes above and beyond to help! Management are average but overall would recommend this hotel '

'The water in the shower/bathtub drained very slowly. Although the room had been cleaned, the soap in the shower area was missing. There was no conditioner, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. Since there was only one person at the reception, I had to wait a very long time whenever someone else was ahead of me or staff is on the phon. Even when calling the reception from my room, it was difficult to get through because there was only one staff member on duty.'

'Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes early, so we couldn’t utilize it. Pool/gym was also closed for renovations. Bathroom was clean but missing attention to detail and/or requiring maintenance. Faucet handles backwards, shower faucet needs replaced, grout needs work. '

'Battery in my room door needed replaced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. When I couldn't find anyone at front desk I quickly learned to look just outside for smokers. Heavy rains needed cleaned up in public areas. Routine maintenance must be overlooked. '

'The room is clean and staff friendly. No problem parking. The restaurant serves great food and the pastries were delicious. Only disappointment was that breakfast was $15.99. The breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer it free. Ssfe and secure place. '

'I did not stay because I had a problem with the person at the check in counter. I paid on Expedia and this clown wanted me to pay again as a “deposit” I’m not payin twice for a lower than expected smelly 1star hotel 🙄 so I cancelled and currently am waiting for a response. '

'Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. '

'What's great: - The room is spacious - good view if your room faces the direction of Case Western - nice decor and artwork in the room - extra sink outside of bathroom - available parking (~$20 per night) seems secure What's not that great or could be improved: - cleanliness in the common areas and in room - maintenance of the rooms, e.g., bathroom fixtures were loose - The entrance/lobby area feels dated and underwhelming'

'My favorite hotel in the Cleveland area. Everything about it is 10/10. The staff have outstanding customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area is very clean and relaxing. Gym is very nice. Laundry facility is extremely useful, I appreciate that it accepts Apple Pay. Good breakfast. Best of all, they have clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I joke with people and say I wish I could live there, LOL. Really it’s the best - you won’t regret staying here! '

'Our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice ! The breakfast was awesome! We used the pool and work out room. Will definitely stay here again.'
