'This was a wonderful location for our family and dog to stay. The home was beautiful and the beach was lovely as well. It is quite a hike to the beach but there was a handy wagon there for our stay that we used to take things out to the beach. '

'We had a pleasant experience. The only problem was when we moved a fire pit closer to our cabin because the are was vacant (5 fire pits only 8 cabins, which needs to be addressed). The man who checks on the property came over and stated he drove by to talk to us earlier, but we were not at the cabin, which (a) seems like stalking and (b) his tone and the way he was leering at my daughter in law were not appreciated. If we stay next year my son and I may just kick his ass....we were tempted to...

'The cabin is a perfect for a getaway. Close to multiple beaches. You can go by the shore, sit at the table and enjoy the lake. The double bed was comfortable. There is no tv but who needs one when you have so much to do. It is great that the cabin is dog friendly. Wonderful host and easy to communicate. '

'A fun house with a wooded backyard, lots of games, close to everything and the beach was perfect with it right across the road...we spent so much time there! Definitely coming back! Perfect 4th weekend! '

Plenty of great views and lake access, along with room for our off-road vehicles (3) in the massive driveway. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway in the Secord, Gladwin, Houghton areas. '
