' Great place '

'Similar to Wentworth hotel a bit to the east along A44, dated and worn rooms with dated shared facilities. Location quite good for dining options and Sydney Olympic Village which is why it gets a 3 and not a 2. Hotel had a bar and restaurant. Bar noise wasn’t a problem at night. Cleanliness okay but not great.'

'Very convenient location of you are attending an event at Olympic Park. The room was very small and shower was in the bedroom behind a curtain. The place was quite run down.'

'Not for 6 nights no cleaning services '

'The ammenities avaliable waa great having a microwave, hairdryer, good shampoo and conditioner product and comfy beds that were good.'

'Stay of two nights after first night, shower not working, left at 3.30am to assist a volunteer group and reported issue to reception, return 1.30am the next day & found no attention to shower issue at all. They very reluckantly gave axcess to another room only for use of shower. Very poor no apology.'

'Both quick check out and Receptionist at the Front desk available in the early morning, not making it rather inconvenient. Not digital security “key” to the guest room, low quality physical lock was used, so someone could have made a copy of the key to enter the guest room. Kitchen utensils are limited, table and chairs are not in good quality. Faucet of the bathtub was leaking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We didn’t use A/C, but noticed that A/C tubing was poorly installed.'

'The room itself was adequate. But this property isn’t very nice. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The front desk is an afterthought next to a bar in a casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the property was very dated and run down. '

'The stay was okay and the room was clean, but basic amenities were not properly available. When I asked for a toothbrush, the staff said they didn’t have any. A hotel should maintain essential items for guests.'

'Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...

'B'fast was nothing special and same menu for 4 consecutive days. Coffee machine was out of order. B'fast area tends to be very crowded but we had no choice. Definitely will tsje the no B'fast option next time. Cleanliness if the B'fast area requires improvement. Noticed that the cleaning staff lacked professionalism with basic cleaning services. Location of the hotel is a plus. '
