Was able to access a newly renovated cottage. It was delightful. Top notch facility. Hopefully, they can renovate all of the rooms. The site is approximately 3 kms from the heart of Skaneatles. Personslly, i walked into town each day. Would definitely recommend this facility.

We love this place. Have stayed here at least 4-5 times in the past few years. My wife loves the jet tub - so relaxing! The location - just a couple miles outside of downtown Skaneateles - is ideal for us too. The higher-numbered bungalows in the back are quieter (no road noise), but the front ones a fine too. Always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Another stay here and love it every time!! Most spacious suites and very accommodating staff!!!! Highly recommend it!!! Especially to families looking for extra space as they stay!!

Perfect Getaway
We arrived after hours. Everything was ready for us to check in. Stopped in the office the following morning to ask questions about the area and they were very helpful. By the way they are pet friendly which make everything great.

Excellent!
We stayed at this lovely inn when attending a family wedding in Skaneateles. Our stay was great - very nicely located, beautiful grounds and comfortable accommodations. We only stayed one night but the bungalows would be great for a multi-night stay. Kitchenette stocked with dishes and silverware, microwave and small fridge/ freezer.

No complaints! Room was clean with lots of amenities and treats (which were greatly appreciated). The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful but they really have the place running in a very self service manner. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Girls weekend getaway
Stayed at the cottage house with family members for a weekend. The house was clean and well stocked with goodies for the morning, snacks, drinks, coffee and cream. Bathrooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The cozy corner fireplace was lovely especially on a dreary, rainy fall day. Very close to town. Had no trouble getting Ubers when we didn't want to drive.

We were winging it with accommodations during our trip to the area and found this little gem just outside town. It was perfect for our one-night stay, but it would have been great for longer.

The bungalow was adorable with the brick patio and Adirondack chairs. It was extremely spacious and we loved that there was a separate area from the actual bathroom to dress and do makeup, etc. it was also spotless and I would very highly recommend it to everyone. This was one of the best places that I have ever stayed at.

We absolutely loved this place it was amazing and just what we needed after being on the road for 9 straight days. We really needed the refrigerator to freeze some things but it did not work well at all besides that it was perfect. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The separate units were quiet and clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave because there was no breakfast at the hotel. Overall it was good, if I ever stay again in the area, I would stay here again.

We drove here for a romantic getaway after driving our child to school in Ithaca and the hotels in that area were astronomical move in week. We wanted a small personal inn or BnB and chose this for a variety of reasons but we didn’t know it was near a wonderful town. Turns out the town was the best part!! I completely recommend Skenateles. Mike at the Inn was welcoming, personal and gave us spot on recommendations. The units are private bungalows or duplexes. The private ones are on the road side and you do hear the trucks during the day from your patio but not at all at night. The unit was large, well equipped and comfortable but I do have a few suggestions/minor complaints. The kitchenette could be slightly better equipped, the chairs on the patio are very uncomfortable and a small table out there would go a long way It seems that housekeeping at hotels has changed as this is my third place this summer that only replaced towels and toiletries but did no cleaning on a short trip. For such a thorough check in, this should have been mentioned and I wouldn’t have been upset when I came in. Also I think the tip envelopes are tacky but that’s just me. Overall great place. .

Outstanding Experience
We have stayed at this motel before and were very pleased. The office was very helpful at check-in by providing us a zip-lock bag of extra ice that we could easily store in our refrigerator. We find their individual cottages very easy to access. We both have difficulty walking and can navigate the two small steps from the parking space to the room. The suites are spacious, clean and well-decorated. We plan to return.

Very misleading!!
We were totally misled by the Hotels.com write up! It displayed a picture of a beautiful house and described the offerings as 19 rooms. We were shocked to see these were not nineteen rooms, but rather bungalows! Not what we expected. Would not go back, especially at that price!
