Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email. The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise. Every one we passed would wave back at us or say hello. It’s minutes away from Publix and WalMart and the downtown lake...

'This home is very nicely kept. It's not for a big family but for my family of 7, it worked out well. It was clean, everything worked well, and the backyard was a hit with the cows and goats.
