Mooie kamer met een prachtig uitzicht
Hele fijne kamer met een prachtig uitzicht over het city center van Auckland. Genoten van de faciliteiten zoals de wasmachine en de keuken.

Very tidy little studio, large TV, comfy bed. Clean and spotless bathroom. The room had cooking facilities but nowhere to seat and eat. No table, breakfast bar no chairs. We had to eat on our laps seating on the bed or in sigle armchair. Other then that great little studuo for a very good price in the middle of it all.

The hallway to the room smelt like urine - rubbish was not collected - toilet paper was not replenished - one sachet of dishwashing liquid in the room - the gym area all equipment i broken - the poll was disgusting with a pair of underwear floating with rubbish such as paper in the pool absolutely disgusting

Check in was amazing. The lady was some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The building is in an awesome location, close to a lot and room was all you need. Nothing super fancy but comfy bed and door that opens outside! Thank you for the lovely stay.

No air conditioning that worked. Very hot in unit. Very tired apartment needs updating. Would only rate 3star. In a great spot, however, easy walk to waterfront.

- Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, right next to the harbour with good harbour view. - Very helpful & accommodating staff. - The reason for the 4-star rating was the condition of the room (we stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment): 1) The aircond was a portable unit which was very noisy and not very efficient, not cold enough in spite of the noise. 2) One of the bathrooms had a shower curtain which was pretty smelly. 3) Lighting in one of the bathrooms didn't work properly (only 1 lamp left & was not bright enough). 4) Lighting in the main bedroom didn't work properly (1 lamp was not working) 5) The toilet flush buttons in both bathrooms were stuck and required very hard press to work. 6) The fridge was unlevelled and leaned to one side. It's assumed that the above issues would be rectified. Without those issues, it would be a perfect apartment.

As a solo mother travelling with a 6 year old the area felt safe and so much stuff was in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay if you're catching a cruise or just want to be in the CBD and not require a car. The rooms are clean but seriously need more dishes. I loved having the dishwasher but only providing 2 plates, bowls and PC's of cutlery just wastes water. Staff were very helpful at the front counter.

Didn’t have the beds that we booked. We had to separate them ourselves. The oven was filthy and filled with smoke, we had to get it cleaned before we could cook our dinner. The dishwasher was broken and the dishes in the cupboard were dirty

Perfect for families
Great place to base yourself in Auckland to explore the city. Close enough to walk most places and in a handy location for the bus, train and ferry. Beds are firm, which is not to my preference so I struggled to get good rest. The bathroom / shower tends to leak water all over the floor and the drain is at a higher point so the water doesn't drain properly - you need to mop up. Is handy to have the washing machine and dryer to clean clothes. Would have been nice to have a service every couple of days to get rid of waste.

Ok location for food and shopping spots. The halls and rooms and stairwell were sketchy and old and gross. Parking is terrible. Washer did not work. The shower was blazing hot or cold. Hard to adjust. There are better spots near there that are worth the money. But it’s average if you want average.

Really disappointed with this Hotel. So much so that we left a day early, forfeited a nights fee and paid to go and stay elsewhere. Due to the World Cup the whole street was blocked off for parking so we couldn’t even park to check in. So I had to park over a drive way and move when someone needed to use it. Upon checkin we also found out parking is $45 a day. Ridiculous. Nowhere on booking was that stated. They foyer is nice but that’s about where it ends. The hallways are in need of a clean both walls and carpets, and some maintenance. Walls are all chipped and grotty. Elevator has a not nice smell. Once in the apartment, we were again disappointed. The photos in advertising were very misleading. The bathroom was very unclean. Hair and dust all of the wall skirting, black mould through all of the grout in the shower. The sink tap very hard to turn on but then when it works water comes out and splashed everywhere. The shower seal is mouldy and broken so water pours out all over the floor. The bath was stained and dirty around the plug. One of my kids used the toiled and I used the toilet brush and there was sediment in the bottom of the brush holder. Absolutely disgusting. The whole room just needs some maintenance and attention. Carpet dirty and stained If our kids weren’t so tired from traveling that day we’d have left straight away. This hotel is mid range in price which I understand. But cleanliness shouldn’t come with a cost.

The communication on arrival was terrible, I requested sn early and late check out, I rung the morning of arrival to check on this. The room was not cleaned well, rubbish still on dustpan in the cupboard.

Very handy and great to have kitchen facilities. Staff were very accommodating with our 2 family groups having access to each other. Online booking of parking could have been more obvious - I missed that this had to be done separately and just assumed it’d be part of room booking. I now know better.

This property is in a great location, so close to Queen Street and short walk to Spark Stadium. We were on 22nd floor with beautiful views over Auckland city and sky tower. Rooms tired but perfect for a short stay.
