Mijn man en ik hebben veel gereisd en begrijpen het belang van accommodatie van goede kwaliteit op een geweldige locatie. We hebben luxe accommodatie gecreëerd, die volledig privé en rustig is, met meubels en beddengoed van hoge kwaliteit. De slaapkamer, met een zeer comfortabel kingsize bed, komt uit op een eigen patio. De woonkamer komt ook uit op een grote
privéterras en prachtige tuin voor exclusief gebruik met tuinmeubilair en parasol, uw eigen Weber-barbecue, gashaard, een vlak grasveld en een dichtbij uitzicht op het strand van Kohimarama. Er is een kitchenette met koelkast, gootsteen, twee kookplaten en magnetron. Een heteluchtoven is ook beschikbaar. De moderne badkamer heeft een groot bad en douche. Het is een comfortabele, rustige en ontspannende plek om aan het einde van een drukke dag terug te keren.

Perfect spot, top notch space

The place is very nice and the location is awesome. Spotless. You can see the water from the back patio door. Owners are very helpful and accommodating.Note that you can’t park on the property but it doesn’t matter as street parking is right there, very open.

Exceptional deluxe 1 bedroom apartment

This is a beautiful property exactly as the listing. We arrived exhausted from the Uk and fell into the most comfortable bed and had the first good nights sleep since leaving the Uk four days earlier. The beach is really close and we enjoyed a lovely stroll to mission bay on our first morning. Ideally located for easy access to Auckland city centre. We used Ubers approx £10 each way. Maureen and John checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Lovely apartment by the beach

We had a great stay by Kohi beach. The town had a very relaxing vibe and many small restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops etc. The hosts were friendly and the apartment was very clean. Well stocked kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed (could use a firmer pillow but that’s a personal preference) and the onsite laundry was a lifesaver for us traveling long term.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Maureen and John were great hosts and alway eager to help. The house was clean and had all the amenities a person could need. The beach is right around the corner and there are many restaurants and shops with in walking distance as well as a nearby bus stops. Can’t wait to come back soon.

A top class Apartment.

My wife and I travel extensively and’ Seahaven’ is a real gem. The Apartment has all the amenities you would expect and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay of almost one month. Beautiful home, great location

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and really enjoyed it. It was exactly as shown in the photos, had a peaceful backyard oasis, and was so close to the beach. Maureen and John were easy to communicate with, and were available for any needs or questions. You can tell they have put a lot of thought and attention to detail into this property and it shows.
