The door key card machine wasn't working so the front desk man had to individually take us up to our rooms to let us in and had to do it every time we left and came back. He had a great attitude the whole time and never made me feel like I was bothering him. And when he did get it fixed he brought the key card to my room for me. '

'It was a very nice hotel in Augusta Georgia. Modestly priced excellent breakfast the only thing was the door it was very hard to push open seem like the carpet resisted it I'm in a wheelchair so that didn't make a difference for me but I would go back it was a nice day'

The location of the inn is ideal for restaurants, a quaint downtown scene, and to nearby Augusta. I felt safe walking around the inn and the neighborhood in the early hours/late afternoon as a solo female traveler.
The property has beautiful landscaping and the fellow guests were a delight to talk...

'I can't say enough about this hotel! We came under difficult circumstances at 1 a.m. They treated us like family, so warm and accommodating. When they learned we were in town for our niece's wedding the whole staff signed a card for the newlyweds! Just an exceptional culture.'
