Welcome to Augusta Views Family Retreat, a spacious and beautifully presented coastal home where comfort, space and location come together to create the perfect South West escape. Elevated in one of Augusta's peaceful streets, the home enjoys lovely views towards Hardy Inlet and offers the ideal base for families and groups wanting to experience everything this spectacular region has to offer.

From the moment you step inside, you'll appreciate the sense of space. Light-filled open-plan living, generous proportions and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas ensure everyone has room to relax after a day exploring the coastline.

The heart of the home is the expansive living, dining and kitchen area, where large windows frame the surrounding views and fill the home with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features ample bench space, quality appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine, making it easy to prepare everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners.

A separate lounge provides a second living space, perfect for movie nights, giving the kids their own retreat or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a book while others gather in the main living area.

Sliding doors open onto the covered alfresco where long lunches, evening barbecues and relaxed afternoons become part of your holiday routine. There's plenty of room for everyone to gather, while the portable fire pit (stored in the garage) makes cooler evenings perfect for sitting beneath Augusta's spectacular star-filled skies.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms, including three Queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two King Single beds. The master suite enjoys its own private ensuite, while the main bathroom includes a full-sized bath—ideal for families with young children or soaking after a day exploring the coastline.

Whether you're launching the boat, casting a line into Hardy Inlet, exploring nearby beaches, walking sections of the Cape to Cape Track or visiting the famous Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, everything is within easy reach. Augusta's cafés, restaurants, bakery, supermarket and local shops are also just a short stroll or drive away.

After a day of adventure, return home to comfortable living spaces, beautiful outlooks and the relaxed pace that makes Augusta one of Western Australia's most loved coastal destinations.

This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for social gatherings or weddings. The maximum number of guests at the home at any one time must not exceed the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

There is no smoking allowed inside or outside.

This property is strictly NOT pet friendly.

Seaside Homes does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

To help protect this property, a pre-authorisation of AUD $500 will be processed on a valid credit card prior to arrival. This is a temporary hold only and is not a charge. It will be released after departure, provided the property is left in accordance with the booking terms and no damage or additional charges are identified.
