Close to Thousand Islands, Thousand Islands National Park, diving, golfing, Aquatarium. With 16 acres of backyard, the perfect blend of recreation and friendship, relaxation and discovery. There is a full-size deck with barbecue. There is a 265 feet private rocky beach with a modern dock (need to cross the road).
The house has been totally renovated with a modern kitchen, the sun room has a stylish fireplace insert and a small pool table. There are four bed rooms. The house has six beds, The master room has a king size bed, the large room upstairs has one queen size bed, and one double bed, the smaller room upstairs has one queen size bed and one single bed. There is also a bedroom at basement with one queen size bed.
