'We had a great experience. The staff was super nice and accommodating — check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about the outside of the property at first, but as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt really well-kept. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — close to everything in Augusta, especially downtown where our event was. I’ll definitely stay here again....

'Voor een hotel By Hilton had ik beter verwacht... Relatief kleine kamer. Bed had een kuil, douche was een kleine cabine. Het rook er naar natte hond. Wat kan kloppen want huisdieren zijn welkom. En geen open raam om te luchten. Handvat in de deur naar de douche viel er uit bij aanraking. NB je mag je huisdier dus meenemen wat positief is maar heb je bijv astma meldt dit eerst even bij de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie. '
