'This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. 'Even while under lobby renovations, we found the convention center Marriott impeccably maintained. There was a weekend convention going on, but there was still parking in their garage. The pool and gym seemed to be closed due to the work going on. Great coffee at KC’s Korner and the location was an easy walk to local restaurants… :)'

'Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further.
I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. '

However, we were not notified in advance that the hotel is under renovation, so the hallways, elevators, lobby and the lobby seating were COVERED in drywall bits, construction dust, and debris! Like they aren't even making an effort to clean up at end of day. Upstairs the hallways were dusty, phones were unplugged, workers gloves were tossed around. 'Biggest room so far (inc sink & dining table), great shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser/body wash, comfy beds, nice staff, parking was fine, quiet area (even though close to road), felt safe. Only let down by no juice at breaky (I don't drink coffee), breaky was muffins & fruit. Would reccommend.'

'Bathtub was clogged. Bathroom smelled like humidity. I was on the first floor and needed to use the bathroom BAD. I asked the young lady if there was a bathroom on the first floor and she answered “don’t you have a bathroom in your room?” Well of course but can I make it there is the question.
I have been to plenty of Comfort Inn’s but this one was by far the worst. '
