'This was hands down the nicest looking place we have ever been to! Super modern. Renovated. Took some family from the states up to this home and we couldnt have been happier! We were a family of 15 and had LOTS of space. The pool was amazing - kids had a blast and we spent most of our days outside in it. We also enjoyed kayaking. Would love to come back again! The only negative is that it got HOT in the space on top of the stairs with two queen beds (no privacy doors). No one could sleep there...

I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. A bathroom is available in the main house, 50 or so meters away. It is not separate from the host's living space (i.e. not private). 'We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage has a beautiful open concept living/dining room and kitchen with lots of windows to admire the view of the lake. The kitchen has everything you need. All three bedrooms are similar in size with comfortable beds. The owner always responded quickly. I strongly recommend. '

'This property was located right in the heart of Brockville. We walked everwhere we needed to go....groceries, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. Although it was tough to leave the house as it was so beautiful. Highly recommend as it is lovely to watch the river life while enjiyong your coffee in the sunroom/ deck/hottub. Loved it!'

'We loved our 3 days and 4 nights at The Dance Hall. The wood burning stove was enjoyed and appreciated as the weather was quite cool and wet. We loved listening and watching the loons, geese and herons from the dock. We did some paddling in the kayaks provided around islands not too far from shore. The cottage is filled with interesting antiques, cookbooks, a record player and records. We would love to come again. '

'location lived up to its billing.Lovely quiet evenings on the deck with a fire overlooking the river.Everything you need is there BBQ, linen etc just great.Location central to Ottawa,Brockville and Smiths Falls.Grandkids loved afternoon visit to Sawyer Critter Farm great spot to spend an afternoon.Hostess was excellent and met all our needs.Great place just to get away!!!'
