'Host was so welcoming! Such a cozy yet roomy home away from home with all the extras! Everything you could ever need is stocked and ready to go! Beautiful views of the river! Huge porch with swing and lighting! You definitely must see to appreciate all this place has to offer! I have never seen such a well stocked rental. The bar, the porch, the fire pit, the coffee bar and retro milk shake maker were huge hits with the family. The kids loved the bunk room and under the stairs cubby. 5 star...

'We had a wonderful stay at this woodsy retreat in the city! The kitchen has everything one would need to cook a gourmet dinner, and it was amazing to sit in the hot tub while the snow was falling. We had to extend our stay due to travel delays and Adam was very helpful. All in all, it was a great place to hang out hats near Northside!'

'Check in process a little cumbersome and first time I’ve had to use an automated system to capture a picture of my ID. But other than that, everything was great! House is as advertised and well stocked. Check out process was very easy and host checked in on us a couple of times to make sure things were going well. '

'This house has a known plumbing problem that was not disclosed. The sewage odor was nauseating and while we were in the house we had to keep all of the windows open. The company that owns the property acknowledged that they were aware that this was a known issue, but they did not do anything to address the issue. They did issue a partial refund after the fact.'
