Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. 'We liked the hotel a lot. Very cute hotel in the middle of a shopping/bar area. Though we only spoke a few times, the staff was really helpful. The room was comfortable to begin, but it never got cool in there. The room also smelled like mildew and the thermostat kept reading 100% humidity (I believe it). 'The property itself was a very great property it was a couples trip for us two of the parties had a bit of a problem with being charged twice due to a system problem but the management handle it right away clean room very nice place to stay over all love they way the rooms give studio apartments vibes if you looking for a relax place to stay this is your place.'

'Checked in with two kids under 3 & my husband for Father’s Day weekend. It was around 10pm and we had just drove for hours, expecting our hotel and room to be comfy and ready for us to sleep in. I requested a crib when I made the reservation, & when I reminded them at the front they said they’d bring one in right away. We get into the room and it’s extremely humid - the AC was not working. 'Location was excellent. Nice relatively quiet area. The pull out bed was not clean though when we went to make the bed up for the kids. It was too disgusting to use so the kids all ended up either sleeping on just the couch cushions or piling into one bed.'
