Amazing Spot!

This has become my favorite place to stay when visiting Austin. It’s one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, the place is clean, and the host is super friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough!

We wish every vrbo rental was like this one! Our hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful without being overbearing. Even loaned us their bag chairs to use at a music festival we went to, which were total lifesavers. The rental was so clean, I even felt comfortable going barefoot inside, which I usually am not comfortable doing. The place was well appointed with every thing we could have needed. Bed was super comfortable & the neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe.

Fun in SoCo

The location, neighborhood and the property itself were all perfect for us. Scott was super friendly and responsive even to the point of buying a coffee bean grinder for the kitchen when he found out we had whole beans. The outside areas were really nice to hang out in and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and pots, etc. we couldn’t have been happier. Great trip.

Everything about this property and the owners is elevated and TOP TIER. My sister and I get away together very infrequently and were met by the kindest, most gracious hosts (including fantastic dinner recs), and a darling apartment! Everything we needed for a perfect sister weekend!

What a gem!

My son and I had a delightful stay at this adorable, comfortable guest house. The house is well appointed with fluffy towels and comfortable beds. My son slept in the study on the foldout and found it comfortable as well. Home instructions were clear and I met Scott the owner who was very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay was excellent. Scott place is on the top of our list, everything was perfect, from the super coziness of the apartment to the welcoming sprint of the owner and the location of the property. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to ATX.

Best Vacation Rental I've Ever Stayed In

I can't express how awesome this property is as it's truly an experience. Having lived in Austin, I'm familiar with most of the city but had rarely been in this neighborhood as it's all residential. The area is extremely quiet, safe and lots of dog walks and huge trees. The property itself is exactly like the description and photos. Zero issues and only great surprises (such as peaceful breakfast nook and auto ice cubes!). Upstairs shower was a dream as well as the master bed in the loft. I've stayed many places and this by far is my favorite. No matter what you're doing in Austin, this place is close to everything and a beautiful space to unwind.

Awesome Property

This is my second time staying at this house. It's perfect! Great neighborhood, an incredibly comfortable bed, and all the amenities you could want. I travel by myself and feel totally safe - I usually don't sleep when I travel alone, but I don't have that problem here. Scott is super communicative and nice. If Scott will have me back, I'll stay here again.
