- The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75/day. This must be done by putting in a request with the host at least 12 hours prior to allow time to heat. Heating the pool from December-February will likely not be available, depending on how cold it is, with additional fee of 150/day.
- There are neighborhood cats that you may see on or around the property. The neighborhood ensures the cats are taken care of and fed.
