TV was not working. Was told by desk to fiddle with some buttons on back of TV. Did not work out. When I arrived there was no one at front desk. Had to wait 10 min for someone to arrive and check me in.

I absolutely love the room we had overlooking the pool. It was a broom with a king size bed, a nice desk set up and the couch for reading. And huge bathroom and shower. The room was absolutely spotless except for the refrigerator the previous customers had left a have eaten rotisserie chicken, bag of broccoli, hummus, had lettuce, and some cheese dip . It only took us about five minutes to clean it out and wipe it out for our items but we still love the room.

Kelly at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so accommodating and helpful with places to eat and things to do. She had to take care of the front desk, answered phones, food while even managing to bartend on her own and she did such a great job of tending to everyone’s needs. She was very personal and friendly and we would highly recommend others to stay just for Kelly’s hospitality.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast selection. Downside is that we had to wait for the food, they were not refilling items on time. Also the beds were not comfortable and you can hear the springs when you sit on the bed.

Hotel is decent enough, but it is located right next to a music venue, which plays loud music until 11 pm every night on the weekends. The hotel was nice enough to provide ear plugs, but unsure if I will stay here again.

It would have been a great visit and received 5 stars…. Had the fire alarm not falsely gone off just before 5am. It woke my almost 2 year old who refused to go back to sleep. As we don’t travel much, she wasn’t used to being in a hotel and trying to get her to sleep was a fight! Just fell asleep at 130am, to be woken up 3.5 hours later by the blaring alarm. I wrap my daughter in her blanket and grab my shoes as my wife steps into the hallway to be told it’s a false alarm. Tried entertaining my toddler in the room for the 1.5 hours before they opened breakfast. At breakfast we overheard another guest say this was the third night in a row the alarm had gone off. We only stayed one night, so I can’t speak on that. But it made for a reeeeealllllly long morning with a cranky toddler

Hair dryer wire had a peel and gave shock two times. The hotel staff did not really care much other than a word “oh” this is terrible. The bath room stink so bad and it was not easy to go to that area.

Sheets were rough, and pillows were flat. Heater did not work and the sink stopper was broken. We asked for towels, sheets and pillows 4 times with no results. We were told someone would come fix the heater and it never happened. We will not be booking this hotel in the future.
