Tired of seeing the same art in every Airbnb? We agree! Each room has unique art, wallpaper, and other special features. The whole house is outfitted with high-end fixtures and appliances including the modern kitchen and bathrooms. Inside, your group won’t be able to get enough of the movie theater room which features a 120inch screen with surround sound, and outside your group will be overwhelmed with all of the amenities including the sparkling pool, jetted & heated spa, daybed, dining table, sectional, bbq grill & yard games. We worked with a local designer, Holley Homes to create a luxurious and jaw-dropping space without compromising comfort.

The crown jewel of this remarkable retreat is undoubtedly the private and secluded backyard. If you need some extra pampering, look no further than the built-in heated jacuzzi/spa, inviting you to unwind and indulge in pure relaxation. As you step out the backdoor you will be stunned by the magnificent 35ft luxury inground pool and spa. Dive into its crystal-clear waters and let your cares melt away as you embrace the warmth of the Texan sun.

Is your favorite place sitting by the pool? We have options! Choose from the 4 comfy poolside loungers or feel like a true VIP as you lay back in the lavish poolside daybed. Bask in the sun or pull over the shade cover, decisions, decisions, decisions. Whether you're leisurely flipping through the pages of a novel or getting that perfect IG shot with the mural in the background, this is the ultimate spot to escape the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary.

Looking to experience the ultimate tropical getaway? Look no further - we've got you covered! Just a heads up, there's a daily charge of $125 to keep your pool heated from 8 AM to 8 PM, so you can enjoy that perfect temperature all day long.

Interior Description
As you walk through the vibrant orange front doors you will notice the vintage black and white event posters depicting the Austin music and cultural scene of years past. Step into the living room that features an 18ft vaulted ceiling and is designed to evoke a playful ambiance as well as maximize seating capacity. This space is outfitted with a bespoke tribal wall mural, seating for 10+ guests between a luxurious channel tufted blue velvet sofa, cognac leather armchairs, gray leather tufted bench, and custom window seat; authentic Kilim throw pillows, plush wool area rug, and additional local touches sure to capture the true eclectic Austin experience. As if the 120-inch screen in the movie theater wasn’t enough, we included a 70-inch 4k HD TV and even provided a YouTube TV subscription so you won’t miss the game!

Need another place to gather? Wander over to the dining area with seating for 8+ guests, perfect for a communal dining experience. Raw materials balanced out by sleek metallics elevate this room's luxurious feel, and an incorporated boxwood wall installation with an overlaid neon sign makes for the perfect photo-op. Keep the shades open as you dine to enjoy the waterfall pouring from the spa into the pool with the mural backdrop.

Who’s cooking? With a luxury gas stovetop and oven that features a large griddle for the morning eggs and bacon, your group chef will be impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. It also offers a sleek contemporary dining table with seating for 4 which is the perfect space to bask in the gorgeous natural lighting and enjoy your breakfast before heading out to the pool deck, or right into the city.

Primary Bedroom
A sinuous accent wall accentuated by high-end designer wallpaper is the true focal point of this space, complete with a luxurious upholstered king-sized bed, plush wool area rug, custom window seat, full-length mirror, oversized knitted floor poufs, and gorgeous walnut furnishings with cane detailing. Enjoy the 55-inch 4k smart TV as you unwind after a long day of fun in the sun. Your private bathroom will not disappoint! The quartz double vanity and spacious walk-in shower with a spa-styled showerhead create the perfect place to get ready.

Secondary Bedroom
This bedroom takes a serene approach, featuring a gorgeous neutral designer wallpaper accent wall, earthy solid oak furnishings with satin brass detailing, a queen-sized bed, sleek white vanity perfect for getting ready or catching up on emails, natural jute area rug, and darling neon wall art.

Tertiary Bedroom
This bedroom embodies the epitome of Austin-funky. Complete with whimsical designer wallpaper, two velvet upholstered twin-sized beds, a custom window seat, a full-length mirror, and an authentic cowhide rug, this space is perfect for children and adults alike.

Media Room
The perfect space to unwind after a long day spent lakeside or traversing South Congress, this media room is as multi-functional as a movie theater or bunkroom. It features an expansive 120-inch high-definition projector screen, 4 custom twin-sized Murphy beds, designer wallpaper accents throughout, modular theater seating, customizable LED lighting and signage, heavy velvet blackout drapery, full-length mirror, and vintage movie poster art.

But the delights don't end there. La Alexandria is a playground for the young at heart, offering a plethora of yard games sprawled throughout the artificial turf to keep you entertained. Engage in a friendly game of corn hole, challenge your skills with yardzie, or unleash your competitive side with a rousing game of spike ball. As you wander through the meticulously landscaped yard you will appreciate the cool deck and artificial turf.

If you're seeking respite from the radiant Texas sun, our stylish pergola provides the perfect sanctuary, offering shade and a cool breeze. Sink into the plush sectional couch or gather around the spacious 8-person dining table for al fresco meals. We provide the BBQ grill, you just need to provide the grill master!

RULES:

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

For heating the spa, you can just send us a message and we can turn on the heater and the jets. It will take about 30 minutes to heat up. We will put it on an hour timer so if you need to extend it, just let us know. We do not charge an extra fee for this.

Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM, which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there, but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term—and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations.
