Als je een grote groep hebt die UT bezoekt voor games of downtown Austin, is dit 6BR / 3BA superluxe huis de beste optie die beschikbaar is. Het is binnen 5 blokken van alle UT stadions of een zeer korte Uber / Bird Scooter naar alle Downtown Austin Bars / Restaurants en Muziek / Convention Centers.

Er is niets gemist bij de bouw van dit landgoed, van de keuken van de chef-kok tot de 100% woonruimte met sucupiravloer en de designbadkamers. Franklin's BBQ ligt op een steenworp afstand van de voordeur, die in de Verenigde Staten is uitgeroepen tot beste BBQ. Er is ook SONOS hifi beschikbaar om Spotify of elk systeem naar keuze op elk niveau in de Villa te streamen

Comfortable Convenience in Austin

If you have a larger group looking to stay in Austin, I couldn't recommend this house more! The location is exceptional between easy highway access, easy downtown travel and walkability. The house itself is kept ideally, and all rooms & common spaces were comfortable and well suited for our group of 13. Thank you to Brendan & Aurora for a great host for our celebration!

Wonderful location and fantastic house for large groups.

We had a fantastic stay for 13 adult males. The house was big, easily slept us comfortably, and the back yard provides tons of activities. The location is perfect for Austin as it’s only a mile from the nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the house. The sound system was also a big hit. I would recommend this house to any large group.

Great place to stay in Austin. Location is central to a lot of attractions. House is perfect for large groups. The people who own capital Villa are some of the best around and give great recommendations and are always looking to help. 10/10 house 10/10 service.

Great place, great location!

We had a wonderful stay. Brendan and Aurora were fantastic hosts and available for anything we needed. We attended that SXSW EDU conference so it was an easy Uber to the convention center, but a nice ways a way from the bustle of downtown. Lots of great food and coffee walkable from the house. Highly recommend!

A great thanksgiving in Austin!

Thank you so much to these great hosts for a wonderful stay for my extended family in Austin. The house was perfectly set up for all of our guests and we really appreciated all of the details - from the great outdoor space, new pool, and well appointed kitchen. Doesn’t get any better!

I stayed with a group of 12 friends for a football game at UT. Our accommodations could not have been more perfect. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The backyard was perfect for spending the evening outdoors and the brand new pool and spa was such a nice surprise. The kitchen was very well equipped for a large group. Brendan was very welcoming and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The location is perfect with food trucks just around the block and the walk to the UT stadium was a short 20 minute walk. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Austin… GO DAWGS!!

50's fun in Austin and ACL !

Great property for accommodating large groups. Good location and fairly easy to walk and very easy to Uber to all key areas. House is well equipped, kitchen, garden, bedding, towels etc Garden is a lovely spot to hang out and pool will be amazing when it opens. Hosts were great communicators and very thoughtful as we approached our stay. We would stay here again and recommend !

Incredible Property and Hosts

We had a fantastic time staying at this property on my Bachelor Party in Austin. Brendan was fantastic, making sure we had everything needed for our weekend stay. Fantastic property, with all the amenities and plenty of space.

The property was clean and gorgeous, the design and architecture of the space had beautiful woodworking for a house that so modern and new. The owner was communicative and provided all the necessary info prior to my arrival. It was close short walk to some great food trucks, bbq, and a fantastic little coffee shop.

Cousin's Weekend

We have a large family and realize that we rarely see each other except to gather for the funerals of family members. We wanted to stay connected and chose to gather in Austin. The WOW factor of the property was amazing. There were plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots, pans, and utensils! The outside was comfortable and the younger members of the family enjoyed the putt-putt golf area and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Lou, the property manager was just as amazing at the property itself. He was easy to contact and responded to any of our questions and the few needs that we had. On behalf of our family, a warm heartfelt thank you!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway with a very responsive host. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Austin. The property met all of our expectations. Please note the strict 10pm noise curfew but there’s plenty of bars nearby in walking distance.

Great family getaway

Capitol Villa was the perfect house for our group of family and friends to celebrate a birthday and the Total solar eclipse in Austin! Great location, comfortable beds, great gathering places inside and out. The check in process was easy and the property manager was very attentive and even helped me celebrate my birthday with special well wishes. A great rental for sure!

Great option for groups in Austin

Seven of us from college met for a long weekend in Austin and chose this place because of the seven bedrooms and the outdoor amenities. Brendan was very helpful prior to check-in, and Lou met us at the house when we checked in and helped us get settled, ordering more wood for the firepit. We loved the kitchen and hanging out in the room off the kitchen. Wish that room was a little bigger with comfy chairs for all of us, but it still worked fine. We appreciated being able to stream Spotify via their Sonos sound system. Bedroom-wise, the five bedrooms on the first two floors are all great, but the one upstairs is a little tricky because there’s no bathroom and my friend it was too loud to sleep in (computer system?), so he slept on the couch outside the top room. Our friend that arrived last got the Casita and it was fine for him because there was no tenant upstairs, but had there been, I can imagine that might have been challenging. Also, the hot water did not work in the Casita, so that was frustrating, but we worked around it. (Couldn’t be fixed during the weekend, which was understandable). Lou sent us a bottle of our favorite scotch! The house location was great. Convenient to restaurants in East Austin that we wanted to try, but also really close to downtown Austin stuff. Overall, it’s a really great option for groups. I would say it’s perfect for five friends that need their own rooms. But would be good for couples and multiple families with kids, etc.

A lot of issues. They knew we were staying for over 2 weeks with 8+ people and wasn’t told the washer/dryer wasn’t working until we tried to use it. The casita smelled like cat litter and only gave cold water. The master bedroom had a pathetic blanket for a giant king sized bed - with a sheet so thin that you could see the mattress writing as you slept on top. Overall- could’ve been a great house but was extremely disappointing. Good location and number of sleep spaces/common spaces - but that’s about it.
