Multiple shaded seating areas and front and back porches give everyone room to spread out, while the private 3-acre setting offers a peaceful escape from the everyday.

Inside, you’ll find comfortable gathering spaces, large Smart TVs, board games, plush towels and linens, extra-comfy bedding, bath essentials, laundry pods, starter paper products, and coffee supplies.

Property Damage Protection: Included in your rental rate, our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1,500.
Exterior Security Cameras: Cameras are located at exterior entrances and record when motion is detected. No cameras face the interior, and there are no cameras inside the home.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior notification and a $185 pet fee. Pet fees are added manually after booking and must be paid before check-in. Pet rules apply.
House Rules: No smoking inside the home. No parties. Events must be disclosed and approved in advance. Guests must follow all local burn-ban ordinances.
