Lake Travis huis dat prive zit op 1 hectare grond met uitgestrekte uitzicht op het meer Travis. Geniet van elk moment terwijl zeilboten en inheemse dieren vaak voorbij komen. Groot zwembad en seizoensgebonden bubbelbad met dekken op meerdere niveaus. Overdekte luifels, buitengrill en veel privé-niveau voor evenementen met grote groepen, of om de kleintjes de vrije loop te laten. De woning is ca. 3600 sqft en heeft 4 slaapkamers, 3 woonkamers, 3 badkamers, grote keuken met alle kookgerei en huishoudelijke apparaten inbegrepen. Zwembadzijde meubels en inrichting voor ontspanning of gewoon plezier in de zon. Andere voorzieningen zijn basketbalveld, familiebordspellen, mini-casino, leesboeken, natuurwandelgebieden. Bachelorette Haven

This was a great property and comfortably fit our group of 8! The property is as pictured and the different levels were great for everyone to have enough space and privacy but also enjoy time in the living rooms and enjoy the amenities! Would highly recommend to anyone with a group or anyone looking to have a getaway with a beautiful view.

Neat house in Awesome location

We rented this house for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for the four of us, my parents, and my sister’s family of four. The pool and outside deck was fantastic. There are plenty of pool floaties and corn hole as well as games inside too. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is huge with lots of seating. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet. The views of Lake Travis are stunning. If anyone in your party has any mobility issues, bear in mind that this house, being a split level, has a lot of stairs. But the house’s unique floor plan definitely adds to its charm. I would definitely recommend this property.

What a treat!!

The property was perfect & the view was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice! The best place we could have stayed to celebrate our bride to be!! Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. We had no issues with getting Ubers/transportation to take us into the city. It was overall a great stay and I will definitely be back!

Great house with fantastic lake views

The house was great and fit all of our needs. Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities. The pool is not heated and was too cold to be used in early April, but the hot tub was great. Communication with the homeowner was fantastic and everything went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

The house was perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette party.. beautiful views of the lake and the pool/hot tub/outdoor area was great to hang out in. The house was clean and in good condition. Was a bit far from the downtown Austin area (which we knew going in) but we were still able to enjoy time there and getting transportation/uber/Lyft was pretty easy! There are some other more local spots to go out at as well which was nice when we didn’t feel like making the trip all the way downtown. Overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

House with character and a view

Overall experience was very nice. Very spacious, and had enough room for everyone. Outdoor pool and patio was beautiful, especially with the lake view! Located in a nice area outside the city, but also close enough to enjoy the city and boating to Lake Travis. Communication with owner was good and also was friendly. We love this house so much. This is our third time here. The owners even made some improvements that were all good. This time I was struck with how many beautiful views there are of the lake. From almost every room you can look over and there’s the lake. It is such a relaxing place I really would rather stay at the house then go anywhere else.

The layout of the house was perfect for the two families with young kids. The split levels allowed for noise control at bed times and privacy. Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood. Pool was chilly but it is October so hot tub was a nice option too. Owner was very easy to contact and super helpful. Close to multiple marinas for boat rental!

Wonderful house. Perfectly designed, decorated and furnished house that allows people to relax wherever they want to be. In one of the living rooms, balconies or by the pool. All with terrific views of the lake. We had to come back for more. We were here in June as well.

We fell in love with this lake home

From the moment that we opened the front door we had beautiful views of Lake Travis. You walk in from the second level which has three bedrooms and two sitting areas. The third floor is a huge master and bathroom suite. The bottom level has a great sitting area open to a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous views of the pool and Lake Travis. Every morning we watched deer frolic across the green space in the area on the other side of the pool. The owners are amazing. Ideal amount of contact and so willing to help in any way. Many nice touches at the house like pool toys, extra lounge chairs and tables, games, etc. we can’t wait to come back.

Heavenly views from a wonderful house

The views of Lake Travis are spectacular throughout the house. The house was terrific with plenty of room for everyone. The house was beautifully designed with the various levels all making perfect sense. The furnishing and interior design was wonderful as well. Very comfortable. It was a joy to be at the house. The pool and patio were terrific as well.
