Inside, the suite is designed for easy city living with interiors by Kim Lewis Designs that feel refined without losing Austin’s creative edge. Luxury vinyl plank floors, quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, and a full kitchen make the space feel elevated and functional, whether you’re staying for a quick weekend or settling in longer. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath layout sleeps 4 guests with a bedroom plus a pull-out couch in the living room, and includes a private balcony for a little fresh air between plans.

The hotel amenities add another layer to the stay. Head up to The Lookout rooftop terrace for skyline views, cool off at the resort-style pool, gather around the outdoor kitchen and poolside dining areas, or use the co-working and creative spaces when you need to plug in. A 24-hour front desk helps keep arrivals, departures, and everyday details simple. The café and bar are currently under construction, with more to come.

Beyond the building, Austin opens up fast. Barton Springs Road, South Lamar, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, Alamo Drafthouse, downtown, and the city’s major event scene — from ACL and SXSW to F1 weekends and game days — are all within easy reach. This is the kind of location that lets you experience Austin without feeling like you’re commuting to it.

Please note that each residence is individually positioned within the building, so views, natural light, and balcony configurations may vary. Some residences face South Lamar and may experience ambient street noise, especially during peak evening hours, while others are set farther back with interior or neighboring building views and reduced traffic noise. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
