Inside, you can find a cozy and inviting living area, which is the perfect place to gather with your friends for a fun-filled movie night. There is a large bonus living area equipped with comfortable and colorful furnishing, a bar sink with mini fridge, gigantic bean bags, a sectional sofa and television for movies or gaming. The kitchen is spacious and features everything you need and more to whip up memorable full-course meals for the entire group. A sliding glass door opens up to a patio overlooking the sprawling backyard. There is a gas grill for a cookout. The firepit is the place to swap stories and sing songs. Please check with local burn bans and use ultimate caution. Or, relax in the 5-6 person hot tub. This away-from-it-all getaway is located on 5 acres with plenty of expansive space where you can spread out and stargaze.

Parking Notes: Ample driveway parking is available for guest use. Parking on the grass is NOT PERMITTED. Damaged water sprinkler heads will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 30 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
