Take a walk around the ‘Jewel of Austin,’ stroll 1.5 miles to Zilker park or explore neighboring Barton Springs before deciding on one of the many dining choices for lunch or dinner - food trucks, local establishments, and Michelin-rated restaurants all within walking distance. Whether you make it a night on the town or stay in and cook for your friends or family - The Craftsman exudes the character and class associated with Austin.

Please note, this is a historic home and the second floor can be warm during the peak heat of the day.

Guest Access:
We offer self-check-in. Portoro uses smart locks.

•We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
- Please note that our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Disclaimers:
- No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine.
- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking
- We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Portoro offers self-check-in. As your hosts, Portoro will be available to answer any questions you may have about the home or the surrounding area.

Guests will have access via an electronic smart lock and the access code will be provided prior to your arrival.
