Gelegen in het hart van de populaire wijk van 78.704 Austin in de buurt Bouldin. Als u wilt Austin te zien is dit waar je wilt zijn. In de nabijheid van alles wat Austin te bieden heeft of het Barton Springs, The Long Center of Performing Arts, Lady Bird Lake, Zachary Scott Theater, Austins Hike en fietspaden of de bezienswaardigheden en geluiden van het centrum van u zal tussen 0. 5 tot 1. 5 mijl van al deze locaties. South First straat is hard op weg de nieuwe plek om te gaan voor geweldige nieuwe food trailers!

Hill House ligt op een hoek heuveltop partij in een rustige eclectische wijk South Austin met een vernieuwde kind en hond vriendelijk pocket park aan de overkant.

U vindt er alle gemakken van thuis met een overdekte carport, twee buiten eten gebieden met een eigen binnenplaats en extra aparte grote omheinde tuin voor familie en huisdieren. Dit huis werd volledig gerenoveerd in het najaar van 2010 met alle nieuwe keuken en vernieuwde badkamer. Vloeren zijn origineel hardhout met betegelde keuken en badkamer. Plafond ventilatoren in beide slaapkamers en een woonkamer. LCD, HDTV en een iPod docking / luidsprekersysteem. Meubels zijn goed uitgerust met nieuwe bedden, beddengoed en comfortabele kussens. Great location.

Bouldin is an awesome neighborhood right outside downtown. The house met my needs and was comfortable and clean. It is a no-frills small home that checks the boxes, and the hosts were very responsive.

Excellent location, comfortable home

My stay at hill house was great! The house was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was not only quiet but convenient to everything in Austin. This corner property is also a great spot for dog watching, as people in the area walk their dogs to the park across the s treet that has a trail.

Quiet neighborhood, thoughtful touches

We really enjoyed our weekend at this property. Great restaurants are within a short walking distance, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there are thoughtful touches which made our stay perfect. We enjoyed a dip in Barton Springs pool and were so glad the home owners provided beach towels. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to chase their tennis ball and also was nicely shaded by a beautiful oak tree. We will definitely try to return to this home next time we are in Austin for a weekend.

Great spot for the family

Carol was so helpful to bring out a high hair and pack & play for our baby. She also checked in to make sure everything was fine which was nice. The AC was nice and cool for a heat wave that melted us Pacific Northwest visitors. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Austin

We came here to stay for the weekend for a family wedding at a venue nearby. The hosts are great and very communicative and made our stay here memorable for a variety of reasons. Great location with lots to do nearby, great neighborhood to walk around in (and very safe) and the house was great to stay in — everything you see in the pictures. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location!

Cute little house in great location. Very clean and well stocked. Several outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather. Located across the street from a small park and walking trail. We stayed for ACL Music Festival and the house was easily walkable to Zilker. They kept the old charm of the house without it feeling dated. Owner was nearby and very responsive.

Perfection!

The place was perfect for our trip to Austin with our 9 month old son. Our hosts provided excellent recommendations, and so much was within walking distance. The house is was the perfect set up for a small family, and they even provided a crib and high chair for us. We’re already trying to figure out when we can come back!!

Comfortable and cozy oasis in a great location

Everything about the house was comfortable including the bed! We had everything we needed and the backyard was well appointed (lounge chairs, table, grill) and perfect for our senior dog. Cute and quiet neighborhood. Carole was a super host and checked in several times to make sure everything was OK. We would stay here again.

Great location and so clean!

We loved this property. Everything was so clean and well organized. My husband and I were here with our daughter, her husband and 3 month old baby for a wedding. The house had everything we needed. They even supplied the pack and play! Cute little areas to relax outside from a side porch to back yard seating. Owners were very helpful and easy to reach.

Beautiful home/ fantastic location!

This two bedroom bungalow is perfect in every way. Situated in a lovely, quiet and tree-lined neighborhood, yet just a few blocks from great restaurants and shops. The house was spotless, and has everything you need The backyard is great with plenty of space for your dog to run and play. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. We will stay here again!
