'I sat in the lobby trying to call the office for late check in for 30 minutes and could not get anyone to answer I ended up having to go to another hotel to get a room. I called the next morning to get a refund and was told “ I was working last night and didn’t get a single call” was told he needed to call his manger and would call me right back. I never got a call back or money back.'

'My family and I stayed for an evening. At first glance, hotel is clean and smells clean. Staff was attentive and nice to work with. In my room the only downside I had about my evening was that the sofa bed had leftover crumbs inside. If the cleaning staff could incorporate vacuuming the sofas that would be great. The pool had debris but was still nice. Overall, this was a good stay! Room was comfortable and clean.'
