'Unfriendly person at reception. Bad start for a 3 night stay. Room is comfortable, pool and dining and breakfast good. During breakfast the waittres opened a box with ketchup for my husband. I asked her to be carefull because of my (new) dress. Then she spilled a bunch of ketchup over me, just before my departure to Sydney. She offered a towel an apolgizes. Unfortenately my dress is ruined. '

The security deposit was taking of of my account for which I called the hotel to ask them why since I know I left that hotel room the same way I found it. And they said they would arrange it as soon as possible. I got the refund back the same day which I'm glad about.'
